The FreemasonAcademy offers a lot more than just history and philosophy; it also focuses on the future of Freemasonry.

We provide training on the practical side of the craft. For more than sixty years there has not been a standardized course on how to run the Lodge the way successful businesses do.

Now there is!

Our Leadership course for Lodge officers is short on Masonic ritual but long on the practical application of proven leadership skills needed to turn around a failing Lodge and make it productive once more.

The companion course on Retaining Members teaches you how to get men excited about the Fraternity so that they stay more active and help the Lodge to retain members longer. It is the only course of its kind in Freemasonry.

These courses are a must for any Lodge which wants not only to survive, but to grow in the 21st Century.

Together they contain 20 sessions in which you will learn the same proven techniques used to turn around giants like IBM, Continental Airlines and even Howard Johnsons. They are presented in concise, and easy to understand language so that the techniques can be readily applied in the Lodge.

For jurisdictions which want to give their Lodge officers a jump start on these two courses we offer one and two day seminars which cover these topics at a much reduced cost.

These seminars provide for one-on-one interaction with the author and allow for instant feedback to make sure each subject is clearly understood.

After the seminar the attendees are able to take the on-line course to study these lessons in-depth over a much longer period as they put the techniques in practice.

I'm thinking of starting a new mason group here in DC and I'm looking for some Washington DC masonry contractors who want to join. They can also help build the new lodge that we're proposing. You get to hide secret documents inside of the building, too! DM me. Thanks!
